Returns Policy
Cancellation or Modification Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel or modify an order before it has shipped, please contact lauren@ultraskinscience.com immediately. Please note that our order-processing and shipping systems are designed to get orders shipped to you quickly and efficiently. Order cancellations or modifications are not guaranteed.
Missing or Damaged Product
In the event that an order is received with missing or damaged product, please contact lauren@ultraskinscience.com within two business days of receiving the order, providing photos of the damaged product. Product that is confirmed to be missing or damaged will be replaced.
Faulty Product
In the event that you receive a product that is in some way defective, please contact lauren@ultraskinscience.com detailing the situation. Products deemed to be defective can be returned and shipped to 415 SW 8th St., Des Moines, IA 50309 prior to being replaced.
Product Recall
In the unlikely event of a product recall, Ultra Skin Science will contact you with guidance of the SKUs that should be immediately removed. Upon removal, these SKUs are to be shipped to 415 SW 8th St., Des Moines, IA 50309. Shipping costs will be covered by Ultra Skin Science.
